Inaugural Garden Festival
What a beautiful day we had for our Inaugural Garden Festival and what a great success!
-
Around 250 people joined us.
-
120 people enjoyed the Devonshire Teas baked up by the Manly branch of the CWA.
-
The Scouts' sausage sizzle sold out in record time.
-
Uncle Max presided over the smoking ceremony.
-
The Wollemi Pine was dedicated and planted by our Patron, James Griffin (Member for Manly), supported by Michael Regan (Mayor Northern Beaches Council) and Lorraine Emerson (Garden Clubs of Australia).
-
Our free walk 'n' talk tours were enjoyed by so many people we lost count!
It was truly memorable and we will share those memories soon, so check back here or on Facebook.
